water is a part of
taking care of yourself. It's
very important to drink at
least six 8 oz. glasses of water
a day. Water is essential for
all life on Earth, including
mammals and by extension
mankind. Humans can
survive for several weeks
without food, but for only a
few days without water. Get

It's probably just
as good if not better than
bottled water! Cheaper too!
